Job Description:
Tanga Solar Solutions is looking for a Solar Panel Installation Workshop Assistant to support our renewable energy team. The role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems, as well as preparing the necessary tools and equipment for on-site work.

Responsibilities

Assist the technical team with solar panel installation and maintenance tasks.

Prepare and organize tools, solar panels, and materials needed for installation.

Clean and inspect solar panels and related equipment before and after installation.

Ensure the safety and organization of the workshop area.

Help troubleshoot basic technical issues under supervision.

Assist with inventory management for solar equipment and materials.

Requirements

Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology.

Physically fit and able to handle heavy solar panels and tools.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Salary: TSH 300,000 - 450,000 per month (depending on experience).
